Brooks Running is an American brand founded in 1914. Brooks provides best quality customized products for runners and promotes activate life style and passion for running.
Brooks is also a promoter of modern technologies supporting millions of sportspeople all over the world. The company advertises themselves as a brand created by runners for runners. In Poland, Brooks Running has been on the market since 2008, constantly developing its offer for runners.
As a part of communication with 4 Run company, the brand's supplier in Poland, we have created a modern service including recent e-commerce standards. Out goal was to make the online service effectively promote the brand online, providing users with the best shopping experience.

What did we do for Brooks?
During our cooperation, our main task was to design and implement an advanced service structure including newest technical solutions adjusted to the target group.
An advanced creator of products search engine
While working on the online service we designed an original creator of advanced product searching that includes key criteria while choosing the correct running shoes. This speeded up and facilitated the purchasing process for potential customers.
The philosophy of professional and responsible shopping
One of our goals was to create a shop based on the knowledge and expertise. Brooks Running is a brand that connects conscious and demanding customers who look for possibly best solutions. That's why we had to design a shop consistent with its brand's idea and philosophy of responsible and professional sportswear purchasing. On the website we prepared a blog section with tips regarding sport and clothes testing.
What did the working process on Brooks online store look like?
The cooperation with an American brand consisted of stages. While realizing certain tasks we were in a touch with the client constantly, making sure that our vision of the e-commerce website was consistent with their needs and demands.
Optimized purchasing path
One of the key tasks was to optimize and shorten a customer's path to purchase together with designing solutions that would provide the best user experience. We managed to do so thanks to implementing modern solutions, attractive images and intuitive connections between particular sub pages of the online store.
Advanced search engine of products in the brand's portfolio
We designed en extended and functional search engine of Brook's products' range that allowed customers to effectively find interesting products and improved the conversion.
Adjusting products perfectly to customers
While realizing the project for 4 Run our goal was to create an e-commerce service that would perfectly match the brand's ideas and values. The created online store joined key features with a designer graphics consistent with the expectations of the target group and the company's visual identity.
Attractive representation of products
We have implemented large, attractive images of products and simplified the purchase path that the user had faced while browsing through the brand's products. This was we took care of effective representation of Brook's product portfolio.
Module of promotional kits and discount codes
Designing a module that includes discount codes and promotional kits allowed us to strengthen sales and encourage customers to add more to the shopping cart which led to improved conversion.
Integration with external systems
Integration with DPD system allowed the shop to efficiently manage deliveries and courier parcels providing consumers with transparent and price-wise attractive conditions of deliveries. Thanks to integrating e-commerce with CRM and ERP Firmao software, we have provided the firm with an user-friendly and detailed managing tool for deliveries and payments. We have also shared information of products offered in the shop with external Google services such as Google Ads and Google Shopping. In order to get to more customers, we have integrated products from the client's portfolio with popular price benchmarking tools.
Blog with a shopping feature
We designed an on-side blog that's aimed at selling products through publication of valuable contests and tips for the target group. This is an important option that can intensify and improve SEO activities.
Newsletter saving module
We have designed a dedicated newsletter saving system that generates discount codes to for customers who make a save. This way we took care of re-marketing and building a bond with the brand.
A separate outlet
While designing the service we have separated an outlet store where the brand can present their offer of overpriced products, at the same time gaining extra space to promote the assortment's variety of choices.
Compliance with RODO
All mechanisms of the e-shop comply with current legislation in terms of collecting and precessing persona data. All legally required confirmations of actions taken by the user are gathered to help point out where and when the customer saw or accepted the legally required consent.
