FUCHS OIL CORPORATION (PL) Sp. z o.o. has been operating in Poland for 30 years, during which time it has transformed from a small distribution company into a significant player in the oils and lubricants market.

Currently, the company produces over 35,000 tons of oils and lubricants annually, used in the automotive, industrial, and agricultural sectors. In Central and Eastern Europe, it is the leading company of the FUCHS Group.


Needs

FUCHS approached us with the need to create and run a contest for its customers, aimed at promoting the brand, improving its perception, and engaging the audience. The company wanted to organize an initiative that would not only increase brand awareness but also highlight key values – reliability, longevity, and the passing of experience to future generations. The client expected the contest to be not only aesthetically presented but, above all, effective from a marketing perspective.


Solutions

The competition project was carried out comprehensively – from concept to final execution. Our activities included:

  • Developing the competition mechanics -We created a clear and intuitive competition format that lowered the entry barrier, making participation easy and accessible to a broad audience. Attractive prizes – the main prize along with numerous additional rewards – motivated participants to actively take part. An engaging competition question encouraged participants to reflect on what it means to be a reliable driver and how these values can be passed on – following the example of the reliability that FUCHS has demonstrated for generations.
  • Creating the landing page -  We designed an intuitive and visually appealing competition website that reflected the FUCHS brand’s character. Participants could quickly find all the necessary information and easily join the competition.
  • Handling legal formalities - We took care of all formalities related to organizing the competition, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations. Accuracy and transparency of processes were key to ensuring the project fully met all legal requirements.
  • Managing prizes and tax settlements - We oversaw all matters related to awarding prizes and handling tax settlements. Our actions were quick, efficient, and compliant with regulations, allowing participants to enjoy their prizes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
