Challenges:
Implementing an AI assistant capable of conducting natural conversations while operating based on clearly defined business rules and the current Media Expert product offering. The solution had to understand imprecise needs, translate them into specific selection criteria, operate quickly under high traffic and a large number of SKUs, and meet high security standards.
Dedicated features:
- two AI assistants based on dialogue and controlled recommendation logic,
- natural language analysis and conversion of user statements into structured criteria (recipient, budget, occasion, context)
- recommendations generated exclusively from the current product catalog, taking into account relevance and diversity,
- dynamic product tiles with the ability to narrow down or change the direction of the conversation,
- an architecture in which AI is responsible for intent understanding, while the application layer handles decision logic and security.
Challenges:
Migrating a massive database of 3 million SKUs to a new platform without losing traffic or SEO rankings, while creating an intuitive online store with fast search, a clear category architecture, and a mobile-friendly version.

- Intuitive filters guiding the user step by step to the right product,
- Interactive technical drawings enabling precise part localization,

Wyzwania:
Największym wyzwaniem było zintegrowanie dwóch światów: złożone procesy techniczne (konfigurator, systemy cenowe, e-commerce, integracje z narzędziami firmy) oraz aspekty marketingowe (design, UX, emocjonalna narracja marki).
Zależało nam na tym, by klient – niezależnie czy to partner B2B, czy indywidualny odbiorca B2C – mógł sprawnie skonfigurować drzwi, otrzymać dopasowaną ofertę i poczuć się częścią nowoczesnej marki, która rozumie potrzeby klienta.
Dodatkowo, istotnym utrudnieniem był brak wewnętrznego działu marketingu i dedykowanego zespołu odpowiedzialnego za działania digital po stronie producenta.
