OK DOORS is a modern exterior door brand owned by RADEX Poland Sp. z o.o., one of the largest door manufacturers in Poland and Europe. The brand offers products that combine quality and aesthetics with an affordable price.

OK DOORS doors are supplied to major DIY chains and construction retailers across the country and Europe, including Leroy Merlin, Castorama, PSB Mrówka, Bricomarche, and OBI. The brand operates under a B2B2C sales model while also developing D2C e-commerce channels to meet the needs of modern customers.

Strengthening the brand’s online presence and boosting online sales required the implementation of flexible, scalable technological and communication solutions that support both business partners and end customers.

 

Needs

The RADEX Poland team approached us with the challenge of creating a cohesive digital presence for OK DOORS. Their needs focused on two main areas:

  • Implementation of a modern door configurator and e-commerce platform fully integrated with company processes, including Baselinker, pricing systems, and logistics.
  • Comprehensive rebranding – a new visual identity, website redesign, UX improvements, copywriting, storytelling, product content, and information architecture.

The goal of the project was to build a complete e-commerce and brand communication ecosystem that would increase online door sales, streamline customer service, and support sales teams in their daily operations. A key objective was also to establish a strong online presence for OK DOORS and reinforce its image as a leading manufacturer of affordable exterior doors. The new sales system, door configurator, and optimized communication were designed to contribute to the overall growth of sales.


Challenges

The biggest challenge was integrating two worlds: complex technical processes (configurator, pricing systems, e-commerce, and integrations with company tools) and marketing aspects (design, UX, and the brand’s emotional storytelling).

It was crucial that every customer—whether a B2B partner or an individual B2C client—could easily configure a door, receive a tailored offer, and feel part of a modern brand that understands their needs.

Additionally, a significant difficulty was the lack of an internal marketing department and a dedicated digital team on the manufacturer’s side.

 

Solutions

A Project as a Cohesive Transformation

Our responsibility was to develop and implement the technological and e-commerce aspects of the project. Given the brand’s lack of internal marketing expertise, it was essential to bring in an external, trusted marketing partner with extensive experience in digital and e-commerce. This partner filled the gap, becoming a key element in the digital transformation of the OK DOORS brand.

As a result of this three-way collaboration—client, Sun Group, and the marketing partner—an integrated OK DOORS online ecosystem was created, seamlessly combining technology, UX, and marketing into a unified, cohesive solution.

1. Door Configurator and E-Commerce Platform

  • Dynamic real-time visualization that updates as configurations change.
  • Intelligent exclusion system ensuring part compatibility.
  • Automatic price calculations based on the selected configuration.
  • Full responsiveness and mobile optimization.
  • Clear product pages with comprehensive descriptions, visualizations, system options, availability, and pricing.
  • Integrations with Baselinker, ERP, and payment systems (Przelewy24, Stripe, PayU).

 We created a new visual identity and logo that better meet the expectations of modern customers, making OK DOORS more recognizable and ensuring a user-friendly and consistent visual communication.

The old OK DOORS logo was outdated and lacked clarity. The new logo is modern, features bold colors, a clear emblem, and lays the foundation for positioning the brand as dynamic, professional, and customer-focused.

3. Consistent Brand Narrative

  • Communication tone tailored to mid-range product customers (OK DOORS really are OK!).
  • Benefit-focused language highlighting advantages rather than technical details.
  • Simplified system and door class names for easy understanding without technical explanations.
  • Product guides and technology explanations for clarity.
  • Language designed for both B2B partners and B2C users.

4. New OK DOORS Homepage

We applied strategic UX and information architecture to serve both sales/e-commerce and marketing objectives.

5. New Product Listing View and Product Pages

Enhanced product listings with advanced filters, availability indicators, and promotional banners.

Clear and detailed product pages featuring full descriptions, visualizations, system options, availability, and pricing.

6. New Marketing and Sales Pages

We developed pages and content that facilitate informed purchasing decisions for customers.

7. Support in Content Marketing and SEO

We implemented content marketing strategies based on Google search phrase analysis, including:

  • Blog articles answering potential customer questions and improving site ranking.
  • FAQ section addressing common queries, enhancing user experience, and reducing the need for customer support.

The goal was to optimize the website for SEO, making it more visible in search engines and more AI-friendly.

The project with Sun Group was a key milestone in the digital transformation of OK DOORS. We received not only tools to support sales but also a brand image we want to carry forward. The results are already visible today in interactions with customers and business partners.


Summary

The implementation of a modern configurator and e-commerce platform, supported by a comprehensive communication overhaul, enables OK DOORS to effectively enter the online market and strengthen its B2B sales position.

We delivered an advanced IT tool while also assisting the company in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, allowing for strong brand building and increased sales efficiency.

Thanks to these initiatives, OK DOORS is more competitive in the market, and the solution we implemented demonstrates how e-commerce technologies can support sales growth and brand communication—even for companies with little prior experience in this area.
