It happens that companies with many years’ experience fall into a trap of their own success. Developing on a traditional market is one thing, but the other side of the coin is online success which is the key to maintain a strong market position. Without a proper website, it’s difficult to reach new clients and customers. Fortunately, investors usually understand this and want to shed new light on their businesses. And it’s this light that we will talk about in this collaboration story.
ES-System is one of the leading Polish producers in the lighting business. The firm dates back to 1990 and their achievements are impressing: two plants where qualified employees design and manufacture lighting for industrial plants , offices and individual clients. European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk, Singapore Changi Airport, Oslo Opera House, Racławice Panorama in Wrocław – these are just some of the many realizations of our partner.

We’ve been working together with ES-System for some time; that’s why we faced new challenges fiercely. ES-System operation director was looking for answers to some questions. How to improve brand image online? How to better reach clients? How to automize interaction with contractors? Answers to these questions were provided by our experts from Sun Group.

Clarity and functionality provide better reception

A professional website has many functions. Which ones to use to improve chances of a company’s success? All of them would be best. That’s what we did together with ES-System.

The website was supposed to be clear for a user and profitable for the owner. To achieve that, a modern website needs to connect clarity and functionality. Functionality has to satisfy the needs of both individual and business clients.

An efficient mechanism has to ensure automation of processes, speed and user flow. Clarity has to facilitate website navigation, decision making and ordering. In situations like these, Sun Group connects efficiency with good UX. The first one is provided by our proprietary systems, and the other one by our experience in design. As a result, we created a website that strengthened brand image and awareness.

Solution and implementation

Success tailored to the needs

We tailored the B2C portal and the B2B system to our client’s needs. We always look at our partner’s needs holistically and listen to them. This results in creating a product that meets technological, UX and business standards.

For ES-System, our team at Sun Group built, among other things, a B2B part integrated with the client’s ERP that consists of a few functions adjusted the their needs. A good example is a module that will make it easy for the client to define and assign discounts to particular client and contractor groups. The system also includes modules to generate sales statistics and mercantile credit. Contractors can create threads about investments that ES-System has realized for them. On the website, we also created a search engine and catalog for products. Thanks to them, users will easily find interesting offers; all of this thanks to product parameterization.

ES-System works in four languages: Polish, English, German and Russian; and B2B in two languages: Polish and English. Contractors will find in it more than 5000 products with 800 000 attributes! New light shed on this project by Sun Group has brought new results for the client. A new website has significantly improved communication and the way of B2B collaboration on all markets that ES-System works on.
