The owners of Rosanero needed a new online store where customers could independently configure individual furniture elements, such as the number of modules, upholstery color, or the color of wooden components. The store also had to support an external 3D configurator.

An essential requirement was the creation of a separate view with personalized elements visible after logging in, exclusively for users with dedicated permissions, such as architects.

The entire solution had to be wrapped in a subtle design that best showcased the beauty and quality of Rosanero products.

The greatest challenge in the project was to enable furniture configuration that included exclusions due to the fact that not every element of a given series could be directly combined with others. This is because, for example, proposed corner pieces can be two or three-sided.

Additionally, it was necessary to integrate internal settings and logic for combining individual modules with the external 3D configurator.

Another crucial aspect was finding an optimal solution for calculating product prices, which largely depend on the selected fabric (around 2,000 different options) and are calculated first individually for each module based on set percentage or value conditions.

Implementation of a new online store with a minimalist, elegant frontend, a dedicated Architect Zone, and an advanced backend enabling smooth configuration of selected furniture models.

The Architect Zone allows, for example, downloading fabric photos, furniture models in popular extensions among architects, or access to updates published by the Rosanero team.

To meet the client's requirements, the project team implemented a dedicated module that enables the immediate calculation of final product prices based on specific options chosen by the customer.
